We open each three-month cycle with a vision-setting onboarding in an up to 90-minute session. From there: Three (3) monthly sessions up to 90-minutes. Those include what needs to be said, intuitive guidance, energetic work, and customized exercises when they serve the work. When we're deep in something that matters and more time is needed, I don't stop the clock. There’s also one (1) monthly 120-minute co-working session dedicated to brainstorming, reviewing, building, side by side. Text and voice note access Monday through Friday, 10am–4pm ET, weekly email check-ins, plus direct email for anything that needs more review or help.

We open our time together with an onboarding session. The first three (3) months are about what you’re working toward your vision and getting out of your own way: seeing what’s been running underneath, clearing it, and reconnecting with what you actually want to build.
When you choose the 6-month mentorship, the next three (3) months enter a new cycle. We reset & assess where you need to go next, and then building it, with me alongside you. The decisions, the pivots, the making. You’re not doing it alone anymore. It’s not therapy, a course, or business strategy. It’s someone who can see what you can't, working next to you as you birth your project into the real world.

The timing question is usually the same pattern we'd work on in the first session. There's rarely a moment when conditions arrange themselves into a clear yes. The readiness you're looking for doesn't arrive before the decision. It comes from it. This work does ask something of you, though. Not a cleared calendar or a life without complexity, just a genuine willingness to stay in it for yourself, even when it gets uncomfortable.
